After receiving the corporate governance assessment score of Thai listed companies (Corporate Governance Report: CGR) in 5-star rating or “Excellent CG Scoring” for the 7th consecutive year from 2019-2025 This was the highest level of assessment in 2025, reinforcing the organization's commitment to conducting business with transparency, good governance and sustainable growth.
The CGR assessment was organized by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (set) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise the standard of corporate governance of Thai listed companies. In 2025, a total of 844 companies participated in the assessment, up from the previous year, reflecting the more intensive development and competition in Thai corporate governance.
Interlink has been able to maintain the highest rating of “Excellent” for a full seven years. It is a testament to the dedication of the Board of Directors, management and all employees who together conduct business with transparency and responsibility to shareholders, investors, customers, partners and society on an ongoing basis.
