The Company provides two-way communication channels to promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance with human rights principles within the organization, while providing opportunities for employees and stakeholders to express opinions, reflect concerns, report whistleblowing, or file complaints in cases of events or behaviors that may constitute human rights violations.

The Company will investigate complaints carefully, transparently, and fairly, with appropriate remedial or preventive measures, including protection of whistleblowers from retaliation or harassment, to build confidence in the organization's reporting and complaint management processes.
