The Company uses evaluation results to analyze employee strengths and development opportunities to design training and development programs appropriate for individual needs.

The Company continuously monitors development results to utilize information for improving personnel development processes to align with organizational needs and future business changes.

Welfare Committee Participation

The Company has established a Workplace Welfare Committee as employee representatives to jointly oversee matters with the Company regarding conditions affecting employees. In 2025, there are 10 Welfare Committee members with terms from 2023-2025, with meeting targets for wage adjustment negotiations once per year. In 2025, there were 3 committee meetings, achieving 100% of the annual target.
