Welfare Committee Participation
The Company has established a Workplace Welfare Committee as employee representatives to jointly oversee matters with the Company regarding conditions affecting employees. In 2025, there are 10 Welfare Committee members with terms from 2023-2025, with meeting targets for wage adjustment negotiations once per year.
