To promote respect for human rights throughout the organization and build confidence that employees and all stakeholders are treated equally, fairly, and with protection of their fundamental rights, the Company has established human rights policies and practices aligned with labor laws and international human rights principles to avoid actions that may cause human rights violations, with the following guidelines:
Employee Labor Rights
The Company treats employees fairly, accepts and values individual differences, embraces diversity, and does not discriminate against employees or job applicants based on age, ethnicity, gender, skin color, education, religion, beliefs, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, or any social status. The Company treats everyone with human dignity, respects privacy, and promotes a safe and respectful work environment.
The Company supports measures aimed at eliminating forced labor, involuntary labor, and child labor, while promoting fair employment conditions in compliance with labor laws and relevant human rights standards. Additionally, it provides opportunities for employees to express opinions and raise concerns, including human rights issues, through the Company's communication and complaint channels to ensure appropriate and fair resolution.
Furthermore, the Company emphasizes equal rights for women by adhering to the principles of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and respects freedom in terms of identity, social status, work health, work rights, and equal career opportunities. The Company is committed to maintaining fair working conditions and promoting employee participation at all levels to support an organizational culture that respects human rights.
Supporting Persons with Disabilities in Social Employment
The Company believes that persons with disabilities are individuals of value, potential, and dignity equal to others. Therefore, it emphasizes promoting career opportunities and social participation for persons with disabilities by collaborating with social research foundations to support social employment of persons with disabilities under Section 35, instead of contributing to the Fund for Promotion and Development of Quality of Life for Persons with Disabilities under Section 34, including employing persons with disabilities under the social security system according to Section 33.
This approach helps promote persons with disabilities to have appropriate career opportunities, work near their hometown, and earn income for their livelihood, enabling them to become self-reliant and have a better quality of life.

The Company supports employees in receiving opportunities for capability development through training and skills development necessary for work, to promote career advancement, and provides opportunities for all workers to participate in sustainable organizational development.
Non-discrimination, Bullying, and Harassment
The Company is committed to creating a work environment of mutual respect, free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment in all forms, both related and unrelated to discrimination, regardless of differences in ideology, race, skin color, religion, sexual orientation, hometown, ethnicity, marital status, social origin, cultural background, age, disability, or socioeconomic status. The Company promotes bias-free treatment and implements appropriate measures to prevent and address discrimination, bullying, and harassment in the workplace.

The Welfare Committee plays a role in promoting and supervising employees to receive fair treatment, including receiving appropriate wages and benefits according to laws and company regulations, as well as promoting prevention of discrimination in the workplace, regardless of gender, race, or nationality, to ensure all employees receive equal opportunities and treatment.
Development Opportunity Promotion
The Company emphasizes developing employee potential at all levels. The Welfare Committee supports organizing training programs and developing essential work skills to enable employees to continuously develop knowledge, capabilities, and career growth, while participating in driving sustainable organizational development.

The Welfare Committee participates in promoting safe and appropriate work environments, such as supporting regular occupational health and safety inspections in the workplace, including supervising compliance with company welfare and safety standards to prevent risks that may lead to human rights violations in the workplace.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention
The Company recognizes that modern slavery and human trafficking are fundamental human rights violations and serious crimes, which can occur in various forms such as forced labor, labor under coercion, debt bondage, or human trafficking for commercial exploitation.
The Company is therefore committed to conducting business with transparency and establishing guidelines to prevent and reduce modern slavery risks in both company operations and throughout the supply chain, by promoting partners and stakeholders to strictly comply with labor laws and human rights principles.
Child Rights
The Company has a strict policy against child labor and adheres to the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), which requires that any action involving children must consider the best interests of the child as paramount, including protecting children from economic exploitation or work that may be harmful to their health, education, or development.
Furthermore, the Company does not accept illegal child labor, Forced Labor, or Bonded Labor, and expects customers, partners, and suppliers to comply with these principles. The Company strictly complies with labor laws related to child protection in all locations where it operates.
